Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped from Thailand.

Processing Time

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully received and cleared.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Thailand Post Fast Airmail: approximately 9–14 business days
• For UPS or FedEx shipping, please contact us for a quote.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, local postal services, holidays, weather conditions, peak shipping periods or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated according to the destination, package size, weight and selected shipping method.

Express shipping by EMS, FedEx or DHL may require an additional shipping charge depending on the destination and package specifications.

Shipping Insurance

Standard shipping may not include additional shipping insurance.

If additional insurance is available and requested, an extra charge may apply. Please contact us before ordering if you require insured shipping.

Customs, Duties and Import Taxes

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless otherwise stated.

Customs procedures may also cause additional delivery delays.

Tracking

Tracking information will be provided when available after your order has been shipped.

Please allow some time for tracking information to become active in the carrier’s system.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Please review your shipping details carefully before placing your order. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been shipped.

Additional shipping charges may apply if a package is returned because of an incorrect, incomplete or undeliverable address.

Delivery Delays

Carrier transit times are outside our direct control.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, couriers, weather, public holidays, destination-country procedures or other circumstances outside our control.

However, if your shipment appears significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist you with the available tracking information.
