Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read the following return and refund conditions carefully before placing your order.

Return Eligibility

Returns may be accepted if you contact us within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be unused, uninstalled and in its original condition

• Include all original parts, accessories and packaging

• Show no signs of installation, modification, damage or misuse

• Be returned with proof of purchase or order information

Please contact us before returning any item. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Fitment and Compatibility

Many of our products are aftermarket replacement parts for specific vehicle models, chassis codes, production years and markets.

Before ordering, please carefully compare:

• OEM reference number

• Vehicle make and model

• Chassis / frame code

• Production year

• Product shape and dimensions

• Mounting points

• Connector or socket arrangement, where applicable

If you are unsure about compatibility, please contact us before purchasing and provide your VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) when available.

Returns caused by incorrect vehicle selection or failure to verify compatibility may be subject to return shipping costs.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order after delivery.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible and provide:

• Your order number

• A description of the problem

• Clear photos of the product

• Photos of the packaging and shipping label when relevant

After reviewing the information, we will provide the appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, refund or other assistance.

Please do not install or modify an item that appears damaged or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns may not be accepted for:

• Items that have been installed or fitted to a vehicle

• Used, modified, painted, cut, glued or altered products

• Products damaged due to incorrect installation or misuse

• Items returned without original components or packaging

• Clearance or final-sale items where clearly stated

• Items damaged after delivery while in the customer’s possession

Return Shipping

For returns due to customer preference, incorrect vehicle selection or ordering the wrong part, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If the return is approved because we supplied an incorrect or defective item, we will review the return shipping arrangements with you.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is caused by an error on our part.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service for returned items.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the result.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please note that banks, credit card companies and payment providers may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.

Partial Refunds

A partial refund may apply if an item is returned with:

• Missing packaging

• Missing accessories or components

• Signs of handling beyond normal inspection

• Damage that was not present when the item was delivered

Items that have been installed, modified or used may not qualify for a refund.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will try to cancel the order before shipment, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed once the order has been processed or shipped.

If the order has already shipped, the normal return policy will apply.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If a shipment is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, unpaid import charges or failure to collect the package, any shipping or return costs incurred may be deducted from the refund.

Customs and Import Charges

Customs duties, VAT, import taxes, brokerage fees and other destination-country charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

These charges are not refundable by us.

Aftermarket Product Notice

Unless specifically stated otherwise, our products are aftermarket replacement parts and are not manufactured or supplied by the original vehicle manufacturer.

OEM numbers are provided for identification and compatibility reference purposes only.
