Can’t find the part you need?

MotorStoreX accepts custom orders for classic, older, and hard-to-find vehicle parts.

If the parts you need are not listed in our store, send us your vehicle information, OEM part numbers, photos, or a complete parts list. We will check availability and can prepare a custom order specifically for your requirements.

Custom Orders

We can assist with requests such as:

  • Multiple parts combined into one custom order
  • Hard-to-find or discontinued replacement parts
  • Parts identified by OEM or manufacturer part number
  • Rubber seals, weatherstrips, grommets, and related restoration parts
  • Special quantities for restoration projects
  • Complete parts lists for a specific vehicle

Once we confirm availability and pricing, we can prepare a private purchase option for your order.

Special Production & Reproduction

For selected discontinued or difficult-to-find automotive parts, we may also be able to arrange special production or reproduction.

This service is particularly suitable for certain rubber, weatherstrip, plastic, and similar components that are no longer readily available.

Depending on the part, we may require an original sample, detailed photos, dimensions, drawings, or other technical information before confirming production.

Minimum order quantities, tooling requirements, production costs, and lead times vary depending on the part. We will review these details with you before any production is confirmed.

How to Request a Custom Order

Please provide as much of the following information as possible:

  • Vehicle make and model
  • Model year
  • Chassis / frame code
  • Engine code, if relevant
  • OEM / manufacturer part number, if available
  • Photos of the original part
  • Required quantity
  • Dimensions or other technical information, if available
